FAQ

  • Do the boards need to be refrigerated?
    Once your board arrives to you, we recommend placing it in the refrigerator if not consuming it right away. Though crackers and breads should be taken off your board before refrigerating and can be kept at room temperature. The charcuterie is meant to be enjoyed within 24 to 48 hours.
  • What if I don’t see an item(s) on the Board Offerings list that I want added to my board?
    We want to make your board perfect for YOU! Please use the text box provided in the Order Page after you have selected your board size to let us know what your requests are, we will do our best to include your favorites.
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes! We personally deliver your handmade charcuterie board(s) right to your doorstep in the Tampa Bay area! Free delivery for all orders within a 20 mile radius from our location. We charge a $10 delivery fee to local areas outside the 20 miles. Be sure to enter in the Shipping Details with name, phone and address of where you would like us to deliver to. If Shipping address and Billing address is the same, please check the box "Same as Shipping Address"
  • How far in advance do I need to order?
    48 hours between your order date and delivery date is usually sufficient. Orders are made fresh the day of delivery. To ensure availability and ample time to source specific items, we recommend ordering as far in advnace as possible (especially during the holidays).
  • Can I order for a delivery the same/next day?
    On some ocassions we may be able to fill a last-minute order for the same or next day. Please email or call us to confirm availability.
  • How/when do I pay for my order?
    Upon checkout you will see a secure payment section to enter debit or credit card informtaion to submit for payment. Only paid orders can be filled and delivered.
  • Can I gift a board to someone special?
    Definitely! There are 2 ways to gift - You can purchase a charcuterie board for that special someone with all their favorites to have it delivered diretly to them: Upon checkout, enter the recipient's information in the "Shipping Details" section (note: Enter your email to recieve the order confimation). Under the "Billing" section, remember to un-check the "Same as Shipping Address" box. Please let us know this is a “GIFT” in the comment section with any specific instructions. OR You can purchase a Boards & Bonding Gift Card (valued at $25, $50, $100, or $200) for them to purchase their own charcuterie board when ever they desire. Click on the "Gift Card" Tab in the menu bar. Once you select the amount you are gifting, enter the recipients information and your personalized message. The gift card can either be sent by text, email, or be printed.
  • What are the Cancellation & Refund Policies
    Boards & Bonding only accepts order cancellations 24 hours prior to your confirmed delivery date. We do not accept any returns once your board is delivered. All sales are final and non-refundable unless cancelled within the policy time frame. If your order needs to be cancelled, we can gladly reschedule for a future date as long as requested date is available and within normal business hours. Your new requested date needs to be given at least 48 hours ahead to confirm availability.
