ORDER POLICY

We require a minimum of 48 hours between your order date and delivery date. Orders are made fresh the day of delivery. To ensure availability and ample time to source specific items, we recommend ordering as far in advance as possible (especially during the holidays).

 

On some occasions we may be able to fill a last-minute order for the same or next day. Please email or call us to confirm availability.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Boards & Bonding only accepts order cancellations 24 hours prior to your confirmed delivery date. We do not accept any returns once your board is delivered. All sales are final and non-refundable unless cancelled within the policy time frame. 

 

If your order needs to be cancelled, we can gladly reschedule for a future date as long as requested date is available and within normal business hours. Your new requested date needs to be given at least 48 hours ahead to confirm availability.  

DELIVERY 

We will deliver your board(s) directly to your doorstep in the Tampa Bay area! Free delivery for all orders within a 20 mile radius from our location. We charge a $10 delivery fee for local surrounding areas outside the 20 miles.
